Patrick Analo is Country Director of Save the Children in Sierra Leone since January 2022. Patrick has over 25 years of international experience in senior management positions in humanitarian and development contexts in corporate and non-profit organizations.
Patrick joined Save the Children in 2014 and has since held senior leadership positions; in Yemen, Rwanda and South Sudan as Deputy Country Director prior to taking up the CD role in Sierra Leone. Patrick has led humanitarian response teams in Yemen, South Sudan, Sudan/Darfur, Sri-Lanka, Somalia, Rwanda and Kenya. His focus has been on providing strategic leadership, portfolio growth, quality program delivery, team performance and development.
Prior to joining Save the Children, Patrick worked in the development sector, corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the mining Industry in Ghana and Ethiopia, as a Project Director for Newmont Mining Corporation, and NYOTA Mining Company – Australia, respectively. He has also worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
