Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sierra Leone, a Master of Science degree in Public Health from the University of East London – UK and Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource at the University of Roehampton UK. She has been working in the field of human rights, with over 23 years of vast experience in the NGO world. She is a passionate and results oriented personality, a program specialist, fundraiser and feminist. She has proven records and skills of working with local groups, coalitions/networks around issues of accountable governance. Through this she has supported communities, government, civil society organizations and colleagues to develop actions that helped them to recognize and develop their ability and potential in organizing themselves in responding to problems and needs which they share. This has seen the establishment of active communities that control and use their assets to promote social justice and help improve the quality of community life. She draws her strength form people and organizations that are focused and dynamic in their leadership style, effective and efficient people’s management in an equal, diverse and inclusive settings, strategic leadership, optimization of time and resources with a goal to get it done as a team. She is very flexible and willing to learn new ways of connecting with people as a role model
