Prerequisites for registration with SLANGO

New Registration

  • Letter of Request for NGO status addressed to National Coordinator
  • Copy of signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) from sector Ministry (ies)
  • Copy of Organisational Staff list with Name, Position, Nationality and Sex
  • NRA TIN Number Registration
  • Signed and stamped declaration on sexual exploitation (Signed and stamp, find attached copy back of the Questionnaire form)
  • Copy of Activity Plan
  • Proof of work and residential permit for expatriate staff
  • Copy of Constitution / By-Laws / Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Copy of Organisational Chart listing and vacant positions
  • Sample or Description of Organisational logo
  • Copy of Organizational Board list with Name, Position, Email and Contact
